These taxes are established by the customs of the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Returns and Refunds

Should you not be satisfied with the purchase You can return items purchased within 14 days of delivery date: 1. Make sure that the articles of clothing are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags attached. 2. Send an email to customer service (info@ three-stroke.co.uk ), indicating the order number and reference codes of the products you want to return. 3. Upon receipt of the mail, we will notify you how to proceed with the return shipment. 4. The garments you wish to return must be shipped within 14 days in the same condition in which they were received, with the relative packaging and documents, in their original, intact packaging. You will receive a chargeback of costs of each garment returned. Shipping charges for returns are charged to the customer. Should the goods be faulty You can return the items purchased within 14 days from the delivery date: 1. If they are found to comply, we will send you an email with the confirmation of acceptance of the return and within 14 days, you will receive a chargeback for the goods sold. Any shipping fees paid at the time of the order are not refundable. To return an item to Three Stroke Productions please fill out your returns form, which is attached to the invoice you received and post your unsuitable item(s) back to us within 14 calender days of receiving your order. Please note: All items returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were sold. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
